2010 eBIONDA HALLOWEEN SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

HOW TO ENTER.
Visit www.eBionda.com, on the above specified time period, and log in to your account. Click on the "Giveaways" link and follow instructions to enter.
Limit one entry per account per day during the Entry Period.

robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method will void all entries and result in disqualification.

ELIGIBILITY.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where
prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of eBionda.com, Amazon.com, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors,
advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings) or household members
(whether or not related) of each are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
DRAWINGS.
Winners will be selected in random drawings on or about the Drawing Dates listed in "How To Enter" section, from among all eligible entries
received during the Entry Period. For any Entry Period containing more than one (1) prize, the first person drawn will win the first prize listed
within the corresponding Entry Period's prizes; the second person drawn will win second gift card
and so forth, until all prizes have been awarded.
Winners will be notified by email within one (1) week of the Drawing.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and prize substitution will not be allowed, except at sole discretion of eBionda administration
who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
Winner is solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, local taxes, if any, and all other unspecified expenses associated with
the acceptance and/or use of prize. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per account/per email address.
Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
WAIVER.
By entering this Sweepstakes, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or
any damages other than actual out–of–pocket costs incurred to enter.
